Why stay at a Premier Inn in Seaton when you can stay at our lovely B&B in Devon. We are cheaper than Premier Inn, we are only a 5 minute drive from Lyme Regis, River Cottage HQ & Fossil Charmouth whereas Premier Inn Seaton is a 20 minute drive away. You will meet John & Sue the owners of the B&B when you arrive and we will be serving your breakfast, not some member of staff! Our reviews are the highest in the area Premier Inn is not! As of November 2019 they have had 449 reviews of which 17 are terrible & 28 are Poor which has give them a 4 out of 5 tripadvisor review, we have 5 out of 5 Tripadvisor Review. Our B&B lies in an area of outstanding natural beauty in East Devon. Our home town of Axminster is famous for Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall's River Cottage Canteen & Park farm Head Quarters. We are on the border of Dorset home of the Jurassic coastline and only a few miles from stunning Lyme Regis.

Our Accommodation

Netherleigh B&B provides three unique rooms. Our Studio room is completely independent from the main house and has its own private entrance, parking & garden which allows total privacy and independence. Our other two rooms, the Snug room & Suite room are within the main house & boasts stunning views of the Axe Valley. Both rooms come with private parking.

Your Hosts

Your hosts Sue & John welcome you to Netherleigh B&B in Axminster Devon. In 2008 are new adventure began with the opening our our first B&B room. Over the next few years we expanded to the three rooms we have today. We love where we live and love welcoming guests from all around the world to our home & beautiful area.
